1. What Red Folder FX is
Red Folder FX provides educational content, market commentary around scheduled economic events, and automated trading software (the "robot") for the MetaTrader platform. We are not a broker, an investment advisor, an asset manager or a financial institution. We never hold, manage or touch your funds.
2. No financial advice
Nothing on this website, in our Telegram channels or in our software is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Signals and commentary are educational market analysis. Every trading decision you make, including running the robot on your account, is your own decision and your own responsibility.
3. Risk disclosure
Trading leveraged financial products involves substantial risk of loss. News trading is among the most volatile forms of trading: spreads widen, slippage occurs and prices can gap. You can lose some or all of your invested capital. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance, whether real, simulated or backtested, does not guarantee future results.
4. Results and examples
Performance figures shown on this site that are labeled as demo replays or backtests are simulations based on historical data. They are provided to illustrate the logic of the system and are not indicative of future live performance. Losses occur, including with strict rules applied.
5. The robot software
The robot is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for its configuration, the risk settings you apply, the broker and account you run it on, and the supervision of its activity. Software, connectivity and broker execution can fail; you accept these operational risks. You may not decompile, resell or redistribute the software without our written permission.
6. Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults (18+). It is your responsibility to ensure that trading the products concerned is legal in your jurisdiction and permitted by your broker.
7. Intellectual property
The Red Folder FX name, logo, website design, content and software are our property. You may not reuse them without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Folder FX and its operators shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of this website, our content, our signals or our software, including trading losses, lost profits or data loss.
9. Third-party services
Telegram, brokers, hosting providers and data providers are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
