This policy explains what information Red Folder FX ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website, and how it is used. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. This website contains no forms and no account system. We do not collect your name, email address or payment details on this site. If you choose to contact us on Telegram, your interaction is governed by Telegram's own terms and privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and pages visited. These logs are used for security and operations, not for profiling.

Local preferences. We store a small preference in your browser's local storage (for example, your chosen timezone display for the economic calendar). This data never leaves your device.

2. Advertising and analytics

We may use advertising pixels and analytics tools (such as the Meta Pixel) to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns. These tools may set cookies and collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed and actions taken. Where required by law, such tools are only activated with your consent. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings and the ad preference tools of the relevant platforms.

3. Third-party services

• Netlify — website hosting and serverless functions.
• Google Fonts — font delivery. Your browser requests font files from Google's servers.
• Telegram — our signals channel and support live on Telegram. Following our links opens the Telegram service.
• Economic data providers — our calendar data is fetched server-side; your browser does not contact these providers directly.

4. How we use information

To operate and secure this website, to understand aggregate traffic, and to measure advertising performance. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We do not maintain our own databases of visitor data. Hosting logs are retained by our provider according to their standard retention policies.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data concerning you. Since we hold almost no personal data ourselves, most such requests will concern our providers, but you can always reach us and we will help where we can.

7. Children

This website and our services are not directed at anyone under 18 years of age.
